He serves as President and Owner of Everglades Harvesting Inc., Everglades Agricultural Services Inc., Camp Keais Leasing Inc., Fort Thompson Properties LLC, Meador Family Holdings LLC, and Meador Family Farms of Florida LLC. 

Under Meador's leadership, these companies have grown into major agricultural service providers supporting growers throughout Florida and across the United States. His organizations provide harvesting operations, agricultural labor solutions, production support services, and other essential resources that help farmers maximize efficiency and productivity. 

In addition to his agricultural service businesses, Meador is also an active citrus grower and cattleman in Southwest Florida.
