Donna Manion Joins Farm Credit of Florida as Chief HR Officer

We are excited to welcome Donna R. Manion, SHRM-SCP, as our new Chief Human Resources Officer!

Donna brings over two decades of HR leadership experience spanning finance, media, legal, nonprofit, manufacturing, and government sectors. Throughout her career, she has built a reputation for driving transformation by aligning people strategies with business goals. She’s led enterprise-wide HR initiatives that include culture transformation, succession planning, performance management, talent acquisition, and digital innovation.

Most recently, Donna served as Vice President of Human Resources at Suncoast Credit Union, where she led a team of 34 professionals. Prior to that, she held executive roles at GSP Marketing Technologies and The Tampa Tribune/News Channel 8, and also operated her own consulting firm focused on helping organizations scale their HR strategy during periods of rapid growth and change. Her efforts have not gone unnoticed- Donna was named HR Florida’s 2019 HR Professional of the Year, a testament to her impact and leadership in the field.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Donna has a deep personal connection to Florida’s agricultural community. As a co-founder of an equestrian rescue league, she spent eight years caring for horses, and nurturing her love for agriculture and community service.
