System Upgrades

Farm Credit of Florida has completed several system upgrades to serve you better.

Note: This page has been updated as of September 7, 2023. Check back regularly for more information.

We appreciate your patience and understanding during our recent system upgrades. These upgrades are necessary to ensure that we can serve you efficiently for years to come. Although the upgrade has gone well, we are aware that there have been some short-term disruptions to service. We are working closely with AgFirst, our District bank and service provider, to resolve these issues as quickly as possible. As we work through final verifications, our commitment to providing you with the highest quality services and products remains unchanged.

Billing statements are now being generated from the new loan system. When you receive your new billing statement, we kindly request that you review your statement to ensure that the information is correct. Please note that your loan number has been modified because of this system upgrade, and this should be reflected on your billing statement.

As a result of a technical issue with our new loan servicing system, some billing statements were inadvertently printed late for some customers. However, we would like to assure you that the issue has been resolved and statements are being sent out as quickly as possible. In addition, any fees related to this issue will be waived and your credit rating will not be affected. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding the system upgrade or your statement please do not hesitate to contact your local branch office. They will be more than happy to assist you and provide you with the necessary information.

If you haven't already done so, don’t forget to re-register and update your mobile app for access to Digital Banking.

On June 5, 2023, we upgraded our online banking platform from AccountAccess to a new Digital Banking portal and mobile app. The new digital banking experience offers a wide range of features to enhance accessibility, including an updated user interface, streamlined navigation, and more.

Getting used to a new online banking platform can be challenging. Here are a few tips to help you navigate the new Digital Banking portal and mobile app and schedule payments.

  1. Remove accounts you do not wish to use. When you register for Digital Banking, all your accounts will show up on the platform, regardless of whether they have been used recently or not. To delete an account you no longer wish to use, log in to the Digital Banking platform, then go to User Settings and select Payment Accounts. On this screen, you can select the account(s) you want to remove.
  2. If you have multiple active accounts with us, please ensure that you select the correct one when scheduling a payment through the new Digital Banking portal or mobile app. This will help to avoid any confusion or potential payment errors.
  3. View scheduled payments. To ensure you don’t make a duplicate payment, view the Scheduled Payment screen, which shows pending transactions. If you accidentally make a duplicate payment, you can cancel it on the Scheduled Payment screen.

We hope you find these tips helpful. In the meantime, please know that we are working diligently to address any temporary technological issues that may come up. If you have any questions or concerns about our online and mobile banking services, please feel free to reach out to your local branch office for assistance.
