Meet Tasha West! Tasha is currently a Commercial Ag Relationship Officer and works at our Ocala office. She serves Marion County and some areas of Levy County.
Tasha's career at Farm Credit of Florida began as a receptionist at our Alachua branch, but it didn’t take long for her ambition, talent, and exceptional customer service to help her climb the ranks. From her first step in the door, Tasha's dedication was undeniable, leading her to assume roles as diverse as AgScore Credit Analyst, Commercial Credit Analyst, Lifestyle Lender and, finally, Commercial Ag Lender.
Her commitment to growth and development also extends to education. Tasha earned an MBA from Florida State University while working full-time. With a strong educational foundation and a wealth of hands-on experience, Tasha possesses a unique set of skills that allows her to provide exceptional service and meet the diverse needs of Farm Credit of Florida's valued customers.
Tasha's journey is not just a career progression – it's a return to her roots. Growing up in Marion County and graduating from North Marion High School, she always had a passion for equine breeding. Her family's active involvement in the equine industry instilled in her a love for this field.
When the opportunity to join the Ocala branch arose, Tasha saw it as a chance to reconnect with her origins, immerse herself in her lifelong passion and gain invaluable experience in a new market.
