2025 Cash Patronage Distribution: Returning Value to Our Members

This year, our Board of Directors approved a $15.0 million cash patronage distribution to eligible member-owners. This distribution represents 52% of our 2025 earnings, a powerful demonstration of the member-owned cooperative model at work and a tangible reminder that Farm Credit of Florida is locally owned, locally governed, and committed to keeping value in the communities where it’s earned.

Financial Strength and Growth in Agricultural Lending

As detailed in our Annual Report, loan growth in 2025 exceeded expectations and was driven across our key lines of business, including agricultural loans and rural land financing. Importantly, that performance, combined with a sound capital position, allowed the Board to declare this year’s patronage distribution while also growing the capital of your Association. We believe that balance matters: competing and serving members well today, while also acting as long-term stewards of member capital for the future.
