Get to Know Sage Gray: Southwest Florida Regional Lending Vice President

Sage Gray serves as the Southwest Florida Regional Lending Vice President at Farm Credit of Florida, working primarily out of the Wauchula office. She joined the organization in September 2022 and brings a strong commitment to agriculture and community, along with a deep personal connection to the Farm Credit system.

A sixth-generation Floridian, Sage was born and raised in DeSoto County. Her upbringing among cow pastures and citrus groves in Florida’s heartland instilled a lifelong passion for agriculture. Her family has worked with Farm Credit for generations, and she is proud to continue that legacy.

Sage holds a bachelor’s degree in Food and Resource Economics from the University of Florida and has over a decade of experience in agricultural and corporate lending. She began her career at Rabo AgriFinance as a Crop Insurance Servicing Agent and transitioned into lending in 2018. Her areas of expertise include new business development, strategic business planning, account analysis, and portfolio management.
